We understand that some customer emails are not getting through to us and we are looking into this. If you have sent an email between Friday 12th February and Monday 15th February and have not had a response please can you follow this up with a call. We hope to have this problem solved by close of business today, so please try resending tomorrow (Tuesday 16th February) if it’s not convenient to call.

We aim to respond to all emails within a timely manner.
